5-minute Breakfast Recipe

You don't ever have to leave the house without eating keeping in mind that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoon milk
- 2 scotch bonnet pepper, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes (optional)
- Some slices of bread
- Butter/Oil
- 1 avocado
PROCEDURE:
- Break the eggs and whisk
- Add the milk, pepper, salt, paprika, parsley flakes and mix well.
- Melt some butter (or heat up some oil) in a frying pan
- Pour the egg mixture, allow to set for few seconds
- Using a spatula or spoon, be pushing the set outer edges towards the center, this makes the still runny mixture to flow outside and set too.
- When there's no longer any runny mixture, remove from the pan and place in a plate.
- Spread butter on both sides of the sliced bread
- Place in a frying pan and brown both sides (a toaster or sandwich maker will be perfect for this too).
- Cut the avocado, remove the pith, take out the flesh and cut it up to your desired shape
- Lastly, make your favourite beverage (can be tea, hot chocolate etc), juice or smoothie and enjoy this filling and nutritious breakfast.
